It is important that people with this condition must live a healthy lifestyle. They must have a healthy diet; they must eat food that may restore the loosed fluid because of diarrhea. Lessen the intake of dairies. Or if it is possible, you can go to a dietitian for advice on what food you must eat. It is also advised that people with this condition must have enough rest and avoid stressful activities. Medications are so important for those who have this condition, be sure you have to take your medications regularly. Surgery is also a way to prevent the symptoms of IBD, through surgery the damaged intestine can be removed.
