Colon Cleanse Enema Guide

Enema is a term used to inject liquid into the rectum as purgatives. The water is inserted into the anus by the used of a tube and an enema bag, its purpose is to help in cleansing the rectum and for general detoxification purposes. In early 1940’s Dr. Gerson discovered the used of coffee enema. Coffee enema is good for detoxification purposes, until recently coffee enema is used for its benefits not only in detoxification but also in healing sickness and regeneration after recovering from illness. Enema helps remove toxins and accumulated wastes build up from the rectum. These are foods from diets that are high in fats and low in fibers. Sugary foods such as chocolates can lower the peristalsis movement of the intestine which causes the impacted stools to putrefy, thus nutrients are not properly absorbed in the body. When our body does not get all the nutrients needed for circulation, our body reacts causing it to feel us hungry even when food has just been taken.

When our intestine is healthy, food passes through the intestine smoothly through the aid of normal peristalsis movement and a food waste are excreted normally and passes out to the anus. If the intestinal wall is impacted with fecal wastes, not all feces are removed from our colon and it causes even more impacted feces in the intestinal walls. When our intestine is full of impacted feces its natural peristalsis movement is altered. When it is altered constipation comes in, and when we are constipated more and more impacted fecal matters left in the intestine and when these wastes are putrefied toxins follow. The toxins then enter the bloodstream and there many diseases come in. Enema helps to solve this problem by simply getting rid of impacted feces and toxins that may build up in our body.

Enema can improve symptoms of constipation and irritable bowel syndrome by thoroughly cleaning the colon. If our colon is clean, there will be an improvement in peristalsis movement of the colon thereby constipation is relieved, immunity is strengthened and our body will be free from toxins. These are the discomforts an enema can help with, Constipation, Irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal bloating, flatulence, skin allergies, leaky gut syndrome, candidiasis, bad breath, arthritis and rheumatism, premenstrual syndrome, headaches and weight loss.

Here is an enema guide for you.
Prepare clean warm water (or you can have a variety like coffee, sesame oil and herbal plants or simply plain warm water). Water temperature should equal to our body temperature, this is to help our body cope easily with foreign materials injected to our body. Remember in sciences in object, material including water that is introduced to our body is considered foreign materials, if the water is not equal to our body temperature abdominal cramping follows. Gather enema bag, connect enema bag to the enema tube and connect the enema tube to the nozzle. Fill the enema bag with the solution or the warm water. Make sure that the enema bag is clamp tightly to avoid leakage. Hang the enema about three to four feet high so that there will be smooth flow of liquid to the rectum. After all the enema equipments are set, position yourself (side lying is the best position in administering enema). Lubricate your anus and the tube (ky gelly is a good lubricant). Insert the tube smoothly into the anus. When the tube is inserted, release the clamp to allow liquid to flow into the colon. Occasionally massage your belly. As long as you feel the fullness in your belly or you see that the enema bag is empty, clamp back the nozzle this is to avoid air to enter your colon. After clamping back the nozzle, remove  the tube from the rectum. Let enema water retain from your colon for about ten minutes before emptying the bowel.
