Symptoms of Constipation
Everyone suffer from this condition. Many people nowadays young and old have constipation. Now what is constipation and how do we know we are constipated? Let me share to you a personal experience about this condition. I was constipated since my childhood. I am lucky to have a bowel movement twice a week. This brought up my concern about the topic. Any normal person should dispose feces at least 2-3 times a day. Only less than 50% of the world’s populations have this bowel movement pattern. As a person grows older, the bowel movement seems to be lessened.
These are the symptoms of constipation which we should be aware of; constipation chooses neither age nor, status in life. Constipation symptoms are easy to determine. Here are the lists of constipation that you and me may have.

Though constipation brings a lot of discomfort to those who have this condition, this cannot lead into serious condition like colon cancer.
Maintaining a healthy diet can help to reverse this condition. Fiber rich foods are good aid for having a smooth bowel movement. There are remedies that can be bought over the counter and through prescription that may help people with this condition. There are also herbal remedies for constipation like prune juice and fruits that is fiber rich that can help us in this condition.
