Colon Problem
“Death starts from the colon”,
You may not notice it but would you agree that the colon is one of your body parts that is neglected most of the time? And it’s too dangerous. You may have gained weight, experienced allergies, abdominal pains, diarrhea and constipation. Most of the time, these may be taken for granted. For some, colon problems are the more serious ones like colon cancer and that would be the time that they will see it. But one undying fact lives, when you don’t take care of your colon or neglect it, colon problems will make their way inside your body.
Colon problems occur when spare mucus becomes settled on the colon walls. Then like a magnet, it invites unwanted organisms which are not drained properly and becomes infected. Now, even a small amount of toxic waste retained in the body can cause some problems. Like for example, if the colon is not healthy and working properly, wastes and toxins are fed to the bloodstreams, and the bloodstreams will feed the body tissues will what is being fed to it.
Constipation is the most common colon problem. Yes, it is and a constant strain to get rid of stools leads to the irritation of the veins around the anus and thus, leads to another colon problem called hemorrhoids. This is a collection of swollen veins in the anus that causes rectal bleeding and itching. Rectal bleeding is also a symptom of other colon problem like anal fissure and inflammatory bowel diseases, both of which are painful. A fissure is defined as a painful tear in the anus. As it is stated earlier, for some, colon problems will be problems if those are like colon cancer. But the fact within is these colon cancer starts from a colon problem itself called abnormal growth. This abnormal growth can be cancerous or non-cancerous or even pre-cancerous. Colon cancer consists of abnormal cancerous growths on the colon linings.
One realization here is the more you take care of your colons, meaning the healthier and cleaner it is, the more you can avoid colon problems and even colon cancer and the more serious ones like death.
