Removing mucus from digestive tract

Colon News

Mucus is a normal secretion, they are a slippery substance found in the body to protect our cell membranes. When toxins come inside our body mucus becomes thick and cloudy in order to trap toxins from damaging our system.  Stress, pollution, inactive body, lack of digestive enzyme, abdominal gas, ulcers and gastritis can result in mucus over growth.

Mucus can actually enter into the bloodstream through the intestinal wall and bring toxins to the blood and from there it can damage tissues, cells and other vital organs. Mucus is not a bad thing as may sound because they are the ones who protects us against acids from attacking us. Mucus binds them and excretes them from our body. But too much production of acid and too much taking in of dairies, mucus is not able to control them, the result, mucus tend to produce more than usual then it becomes a threat to our health. Mucus tends to increase more for the following factor.

1•    Eating too much. Our body needs food. But any food eaten more than what our body needs is a burden. If we eat more than what our body can digest, during elimination, our lymph glands becomes over loaded. The mucus, in an effort to help our body produced excessively in order to have better putrefaction.
2•    Eating even when not hungry. When we eat naturally there is also digestion. When foods are all digested, we feel hungry. This is a normal thing. But when we eat before digestion is completed, partially digested food go to the colon causing mucus to produced even more because the mucus recognized partially digested food as a threat to the colon.
3•    Improper chewing of food. When food is not properly digested, big particles are directly eliminated to the colon in the same way the mucus recognized this as a threat to the system and it produces more mucus than normal

Mucus cannot be removed from our digestive tract. They inhibit there normally. When it produced so much mucus from our body what we can do is normalize it by replenishing pro biotic and eating a normal diet like eating less acidic forming foods. The human body produces 1qtz of mucus all together it is produced in the intestine, nostrils, lungs, eyes and reproductive organs but we do not notice this until we are attacked by virus and infection where there is already excessive production of mucus. Unfortunately we do not appreciate mucus’ effort to protect us from infection. They tend to produce more when infection is trying to invade our immune system to protect it from damage. Now that we understand the importance of mucus, is it necessary to get rid of them?

Mucus is necessary and is supposed to be regarded as friend in our system. Whenever they produced more, the right thing to do is to stop the cause of infection so that the mucus will normalize its production but not getting rid of them (mucus). Get enough sleep to revitalize your immune system or you can take medication to heal infection. This is the proper way to normalize the production of mucus not getting rid of them as they are there to help us fight against infection and signal us when something is wrong with body or when our immunity gets weak.
